Hello redemption centre operators,
In order to assist our service providers in improving the collection process, we will be providing them with the count of “Closed Bags” in your redemption centre’s POS system every evening. This will help them know how many full bags they can expect to pick up the next day and how many empty bags they will need to replace.
For these numbers to be accurate, all shipped bags need to be marked as shipped in your POS system. For any shipped bags not already marked as shipped in your POS, we ask that you update your “Closed Bag” inventory before 6 pm each day by “shipping” any bags that were shipped on that day.
