Hello redemption centre operators,
Please be advised that the Ensure Complete, Balanced Nutrition product (see images below) should be accepted at redemption centres for a refund. Although the current containers lack a Return for Refund message, the product is now considered deposit-bearing since it is no longer labelled as a “Meal Replacement.” Sales with these types of labelled containers will end by July 31, 2024, after which they will be replaced with new containers that include the “Return for Refund” message.
