As the official producer responsibility organization (PRO) that will operate the new extended producer responsibility (EPR) Beverage Containers Program, Encorp met its obligation of submitting a stewardship plan to Recycle NB, as required by legislation, by August 1, 2023. Our Stewardship Plan was reviewed and approved by Recycle NB. The Stewardship Plan is now available to access on Recycle NB’s website.
