We hope this quiz helps you and your staff fine-tune your knowledge. There are no winners or losers, it is just an exercise that helps you to become more familiar with the rules regarding certain types of products for which there are often confusions.

Finally, we also wish to remind you that a popular product this time of year is eggnog. Eggnog is deposit-bearing. We have been made aware that some eggnog products currently on the shelves do not have the appropriate “Return for Refund” message on their label. Distributors will be rectifying this situation in the new year; however, you must give a refund for empty eggnog beverage containers to your customers in the meantime.
