In October, we sent a survey to all Re-Centre pilot project members with active accounts. The survey’s purpose was to allow our team to collect information and feedback from members in order to adjust current practices, launch new components and help the Re-Centre pilot project move forward. Over 70% of respondents reported that the Re-Centre depots have greatly improved their recycling experience! We are very pleased with the positive feedback we have received.
