How Can I Find Out If My Beverage Container Is Taxable?
The refundable portion of the deposit on a beverage container is excluded from the tax base while the other portion that is not refunded to the consumer is subject to tax on the same basis as the beverage.

How Should I Label My Beverage Containers?
