Attention redemption centre owners and operators,
An update on the COVID-19 situation which is rapidly evolving:
- G.M. Rioux is managing its staff capacity and still operating. However, there may be disruptions in the pick up schedule. You can check directly with G.M. Rioux prior to pick up: 506-473-1764.
- Many centres have already advised us that they are closing. Should you decide to close your centre temporarily or reduce your hours, please notify G.M. Rioux (506-473-1764) as well as our office (1-877-389-7320).
- If the Department of Environment and Local Government orders the complete closure of all redemption centres, rest assured that we will have some financial assistance available to help you during this time.
Our office at Encorp remains open, however, with a reduced staff capacity as some staff members are now teleworking. There could be some delays in responding, but we will continue to respond to your calls and emails.
