A reminder as well to please let our staff know as soon as possible this week if you need any shipping supplies (printer paper rolls, yellow shipping tags, etc.) from Encorp before the holiday break. We’ll arrange to have them couriered to you promptly.
PICKUP SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS
Hebert’s and Rayan will be reaching out to redemption centres (RCs) to coordinate their pickup schedules throughout the holidays with individual RCs as needed. Trucks will remain available throughout the holiday period to manage any unexpected increases in volume. Regular pickup schedules will resume January 2, 2025.
- Containers picked up on Monday, December 23, will be processed for payment on Tuesday, December 24.
- Containers picked up from Tuesday, December 24 up to December 30, will be processed for payment on Tuesday, December 31.
- Containers picked up from Tuesday, December 31 up to Friday, January 3 will be processed for payment on Monday, January 6, 2025, with the resumption of the regular payment schedule.
EGGNOG
RCs are likely to see many eggnog containers being returned during and after the holiday period. Just a reminder that eggnog is a deposit-bearing beverage, so please refund deposits on those containers to your customers.
