Since 2023, Encorp has given Accuracy Awards twice a year (December and June) to redemption centres (RCs) that maintain exceptional accuracy over 12 months, with an estimated average error between +1% and -1% and an estimated relative standard deviation of the errors less than 5%. Each winning RC receives a prize to share with staff in recognition of their efforts. Our December 2024 Accuracy Award winner is Brooks Redemption Centre (Hartfield).
