The Encorp Atlantic office will be closed from December 24, 2024, to January 3, 2025. Calls and emails will be addressed when staff return on January 6, 2025.
BRAND OWNER PORTAL AND PAYMENTS
The Brand Owner Portal will remain accessible throughout the holiday period, allowing brand owners to report sales and remit payments if needed.
Cheque payment delays to Encorp caused by the recent Canada Post strike are understandable and accepted. Brand owners can contact our office to arrange electronic payments if preferred.
TAX ON CRFS
We would like to inform you that the HST charged on container recycling fees (CRFs) in New Brunswick will remain unchanged during the upcoming GST/HST break in Canada. This is because the HST on CRFs is applied to the recycling service rather than the product itself.
