Collect your used beverage containers at home in a bin or bag. Bring them to your nearest redemption centre to get back full refunds on the deposits you paid when you bought your beverages.
Your local redemption centre is an independently owned business. Encorp Atlantic pays them service fees for paying refunds to the public and collecting, sorting, counting, preparing and shipping used beverage containers to be processed for recycling and refilling.
Too busy during the week? Why not make Saturday your Recycling Day?
Many redemption centres across the province are extending their hours to be open on Saturdays year-round as part of our “Saturday is Recycling Day in NB” campaign. With redemption centres open for at least 6 hours on Saturdays, there’s ample time for a quick trip to clear out all your accumulated empty containers and enjoy a bigger financial return.
Please check the map listings below or with your local redemption centre for their hours of operation.
