If you have not already done so, we wish to remind you to review our information package regarding the upcoming April 1, 2024, transition of the New Brunswick Beverage Containers Program to an extended producer responsibility (EPR) model. You will find a Brand Owner Information Package, an FAQ and all documents to fill out and submit to appoint Encorp as your agent for this new EPR Program via our website at encorpatl.ca/epr. On December 6 and 7, 2023, we hosted informational webinars for brand owners. We reviewed contents from our Brand Owner Information Package and answered questions about brand owner obligations, deposit values, container recycling fees (CRFs) and appointing Encorp as an agent.
