We are once again seeking your valuable feedback on operations and logistics to ensure continuous improvements. Your opinions and concerns are essential to help us enhance the services provided by Encorp Atlantic and our service partners.
We initially polled redemption centres with these survey questions last summer and are now conducting this follow-up which will allow us to gauge improvements in overall satisfaction and give you the opportunity to highlight any ongoing unresolved issues or new concerns that need to be addressed.
