PEI EPR Program: Mandatory Beverage Producer Registration with Encorp – Forms Required

Dear Beverage Producers,

If you are currently selling, or plan to sell, beverage products in Prince Edward Island (PEI) as of April 1, 2026, you must appoint Encorp Atlantic as your Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) in PEI by completing and signing a Producer Agreement with Encorp.

To begin the process, please complete both our Contact Form and the Product Registry Form—and return them to Encorp by March 13, 2026. You will find these forms on our PEI Program webpage. (Note that a complete Producer Information Kit with all the information producers needs regarding the new PEI EPR Program is also now available on this webpage)

Once we receive your completed forms, we will forward them to our legal team at Cox & Palmer. They will prepare and send the Producer Agreement to the authorized signatory identified in your Contact Form.

After the agreement has been signed by both parties, our legal team will provide you with the fully executed copy for your records. Encorp will then assign your organization a producer number for reporting purposes and enter your company information into our database.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact us. For more information about the new Beverage Container Program launching on April 1, 2026 in PEI, we encourage you to register for Encorp’s next producer webinar on February 26, 2026, where we will review the key details of the upcoming program.

Best regards,

The Encorp Atlantic Team
