Dear beverage industry stakeholders,
We are pleased to inform you that Recycle NB has recently approved the dissemination of our updated Stewardship Plan for the New Brunswick Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Program. Both the English version and the French translation of this important document have recently undergone review and received approval from the Recycle NB Board of Directors.
Our new Stewardship Plan is posted to our website and available to download.
Our newly approved plan replaces the current plan, which expires on December 31, 2025, and will cover the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. It aligns with the revised Designated Materials Regulation 2024-37.
