Dear Beverage Producers,
As part of our 2025 Annual Report, Encorp Atlantic/Encorp Atlantique (“Encorp”) invites you to share information about any innovations or positive changes your organization has made to the design of beverage containers that enhance opportunities for reuse and recycling.
As outlined in our Stewardship Plan, Encorp is required to report annually to its oversight agency, Recycle NB, on such improvements on behalf of its registered producers.
We are particularly interested in developments such as:
- Shifts to more recyclable materials
- Advancements in materials used for your beverage containers that make them more energy-efficient to produce and/or recycle
- Increased use of recycled content or bioplastics
- Design changes that support reuse or compostability
- Packaging improvements tied to environmental goals
If your organization implemented any such changes in 2025, we would appreciate receiving a few bullet points of information by February 13, 2026, along with a link to the source of this information (e.g., press release, report, fact sheet, or link to information published on your website that we could include as a reference).
