Notice issued to all NB brand owners/producers registered with Encorp
Further to our previous communications regarding the new/revised Designated Materials Regulation, which comes into effect on January 1, 2026, Encorp has been following up with individual brand owners with the required amendments to their existing Brand Owner Agreements.
We have engaged our external solicitors, Cox & Palmer, to manage the execution process. Brand owners should thus be on the lookout for a DocuSign envelope from Cox & Palmer containing their individual amending agreement for signature and complete the process as instructed by Cox & Palmer over the course of November and December 2025.
