Encorp is proud to recognize the exceptional quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) efforts demonstrated by redemption centres (RCs) throughout 2025. This past summer, we celebrated a record number of Accuracy Award recipients, with 10 centres achieving outstanding results. By the end of the year, that number had grown much further, with 26 centres earning an Accuracy Award!
Awarded each June and December, Encorp’s Accuracy Awards recognize RCs that have demonstrated excellent accuracy trends over the past 12 months. To qualify, a centre’s estimated average error must be between +1% and -1%, with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%.
Encorp was thrilled to present the outstanding teams at each of these centres with a $100 Visa gift card in recognition of their hard work and commitment to accuracy.
