Hello redemption centre operators,
Redemption centre (RC) operators will be getting their first quality control (QC) Accuracy Trend Report from Encorp today, so be sure to monitor your inbox for that report. Following this first report, you can expect to receive an Accuracy Trend Report monthly. As you are reviewing your Accuracy Trend Report, if you have any questions about the contents of the report or your RC’s performance, please reach out to Gilles Doucette, Encorp’s Director of Operations, at [email protected].
Excitingly, along with the launch of the Accuracy Trend Reports come our Excellence in Accuracy Awards! We will be recognizing and celebrating RCs that have achieved excellent accuracy trends over the past 12 months (estimated average error between -1% and +1%, and estimated relative standard deviation of the errors is less than 5%). Each RC that receives one of these awards will be sent a prize to be shared among its staff and management team members so that all employees can be rewarded for their work. Going forward, our Excellence in Accuracy Awards will be announced and handed out twice yearly – every June and December. We hope this recognition among peers will foster the sharing of best business practices among RC operators and we will be looking at ways to facilitate this knowledge exchange.
The first RCs to receive our Excellence in Accuracy Awards are:
BC12-34 | Acadia Bottle Exchange LTD (Cap-Pelé) |
BC06-31 | Brooks Redemption Centre (Hartfield) |
Congratulations! We will be in touch in the following days to organize the reception of your prize for your hard-working employees!
Finally, all RCs should note that a revised/improved version of our Quality Control (QC) Measures document has been posted to our website’s Quality Control webpage: https://encorpatl.ca/rc-operators/quality-control/. Based on the feedback we received from RC operators during our webinar held this past May, we added some helpful information to this document to help better explain certain aspects of QC. If you have not already done so, we invite you to review this document, as well as the slides from our Quality Control Q&A Webinar, for further clarifications on our QC program – which you will all find on the above-mentioned Quality Control webpage.
